We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Application Engineer in our Paper Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, identifying and resolving pain points, and escalating issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers based on their site requirements
- Identify and resolve customer pain points, escalating issues as needed
- Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Fluent English and Italian language skills
- Valid driver's license
- Organizational and communication skills
- Customer focus
