Join NHOA Energy as a Service Strategy & Planning Specialist

NHOA S.A., a global leader in energy storage and e-mobility, is seeking an experienced Service Strategy & Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our after-sales service team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and delivering world-class services to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in managing O&M contracts, plant performance monitoring, spare parts management strategies, and personnel allocation planning. Your expertise in developing tools for these activities will be invaluable in driving our growth targets forward.

You will work closely with our Head of Service Strategy & Planning, assisting in contacting local contractors, preparing Request for Quotations, and defining the most cost-effective strategy for our projects. Additionally, you will support the development of a centralized allocation plan for NHOA personnel and provide guidelines to the Business Development and Techsales teams for country-specific LTSA and O&M proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing Client relationships and plant performances to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Contact and prepare Request for Quotations for O&M local contractors and define the most appropriate and cost-effective strategy
  • Support the development of a centralized allocation plan for NHOA personnel
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of Service processes and procedures by providing feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering (Management Engineering considered a plus)
  • At least three years of experience in dealing with renewable plants related to O&M contracts negotiation and management, warranty obligations compliance, plant performance monitoring, and spare parts management strategy
  • Familiarity with personnel and activities planning tools

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
