We support major groups in the luxury, industry, or finance sectors, with strong growth since our creation in 2018. As a member of the MuleSoft Managed Services (MMS) Team, you will provide technical strategy road-mapping and support to managed services clients in a 24/7/365 environment.

This role requires you to be a central point of contact with customers, responsible for planning and coordination. You will ensure that all assets of our customers' ecosystem are correctly documented, enabling continuous improvement processes.

Job Description:

You will be accountable for overall client ownership from a technical perspective, ensuring client issue resolution in accordance with Service Level Targets. You will act as a senior technical resource for client issue/problem escalation and participate in problem and incident management activities when necessary.

As a leader, you will mentor and supervise daily activities of the Managed Services Support Engineer staff, providing feedback to the team. You will perform technology project services for assigned clients, ensuring documentation management and periodically traveling onsite to address technical needs or concerns.

Requirements:
  • Dedicated customer service with a drive to deliver exceptional service to internal and external team members.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, prioritising multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Success in a leadership/mentorship capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Possessive knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols such as HTTP and FTP.
  • Understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools.
  • Able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
  • Experience using ticket systems to document client issues and communication.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
