Your Mission

As an experienced Account Manager, you will lead partnerships in Glovo's Quick commerce and Food categories with leading FMCG brands in Italy. Your goal is to drive mutual growth and success by developing and strengthening relationships with these partners.

The Role
  • Take full ownership of a defined portfolio of FMCG brand accounts, identifying new opportunities in the FMCG market.
  • Understand each account's specific needs and create customized offers and strategies to maximize shared opportunities between the brand and Glovo.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving media landscape to optimize performance and design high-impact activations for each brand.
  • Leverage data to optimize performance and define a long-term strategy for your accounts, ensuring alignment with Glovo's guidelines.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to support the broader rollout of the partnership strategy across categories and countries.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business development within FMCG, media agencies, or digital service companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and navigate high-growth, complex business environments.
  • Proven success in building profitable partnerships with brands, particularly in the FMCG sector.
  • Solid understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
