Customer Success Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI-Driven Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Translated Srl.

Job Description

As an AI-Driven Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. This includes analyzing customer journeys, identifying pain points, and crafting effective solutions to optimize interactions and improve overall experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute user segmentation strategies, identify key touchpoints, and implement creative approaches to convert and engage inactive users.

A successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to work effectively across teams and projects, and a deep understanding of retention and reactivation metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is also essential.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, retention, and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and projects
  • Deep understanding of retention and reactivation metrics (churn, reactivation, engagement)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
