About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Lead Value Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and process optimization for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Frame Value: Translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Build Demos and Business Cases: Develop compelling demos and business cases to win new customers and drive adoption of our platform.
  • Undertake Value Assessments: Conduct thorough value assessments and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Realize Value: Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, derive improvement measures, and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Scale Value: Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing, and building a strategic expansion roadmap for customers.
Requirements
  • Live for Customer Value: 8+ years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
  • Data, Analytics, Applications & IT: Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
  • Process Improvement & Value Realization: Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, and managing multiple projects across aligned accounts.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Business Domain Expertise: Understanding of the finance and/or supply chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise: Proficiency in supply chain operations and adeptness in cultivating a profound comprehension of industry trends and strategic prospects.
