Job Description

The CEO will report directly to the owner and founder of Page Executive and be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Strategic Business Planning
    • Develop, review, update, and implement strategic business plans, including financial performance and product development, in collaboration with the Executive Board.
  • Financial Management
    • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), lead, and monitor the budgeting process to meet long-term financial and business goals.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Deploy new efficiency and quality roadmaps to achieve higher standards requested by customers.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Support and develop the competencies of the second generation, ensuring they hold strategic and reference roles to guarantee family continuity in the business.
  • Client Relationships
    • Foster partnerships with existing clients and represent the company in front of potential new clients during key meetings.
  • Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure operations are compliant with Group policies and standards, particularly for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ISO certifications, and policies.
  • Project Management
    • Ensure successful project management processes, aiming to meet client expectations from initial concept to on-time delivery.
  • Leadership and Empowerment
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills through empowering, collaborating, coaching, and mentoring existing human capital.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience, combined with a proven track record in a family-owned company where personal relationships are crucial. A solid understanding of project management from end to end, combined with a customer-oriented mindset, is highly preferred. Genuine interest in personal relationships with internal and external stakeholders, along with a high level of honesty and humility, is essential. The new CEO will need to be capable of gaining trust from bottom up and deploying an engaging turnaround process, empowering existing talents, and focusing on the long-term journey. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
