Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist Industrial Waste Area North

Selection 4.0 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Specialist to join our team in the Industrial Waste Area North. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client portfolio in the national and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement the client portfolio;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, including transporters and waste management facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical requirements;
  • Coordinate the preparation of necessary notifications and documents;
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher;
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles and structured companies;
  • Precision, punctuality, and respect for deadlines;
  • Essential requirements include excellent knowledge of waste management regulations (L. 152/2006), technical and organizational competence in waste management, and knowledge of waste management facilities in Italy;
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills, authority, process-oriented approach, and achievement of objectives are essential characteristics;
  • Good knowledge of main IT tools;
  • Completing the profile includes a results-oriented approach, integrity, and professional ethics.

The role involves frequent travel within the area of competence and regular trips to national territory.
