Page Executive is a dynamic private equity fund with a strong track record of attractive growth possibilities and professional challenges. Our client is a global alternative asset management group with around EUR 46 billion of assets under management, which has developed a wide range of expertise across four asset classes (private debt, real assets, private equity, and capital markets strategies) as well as multi-asset and special opportunities strategies.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the fund's goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure investor engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fundraising and investor communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management and investors.
  • Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
  • Represent the fund at key industry events, enhancing visibility and networking opportunities.
Requirements

Preferred Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, from a top-tier university, with strong academic credentials.
  • At least 7 years of full-time work experience in fundraising, sales, or investor relations within the private equity or financial services industry.
  • Highly analytical skill set with impeccable quantitative and research skills, especially regarding business/market trends and financial metrics.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
  • Strong business and strategic acumen, with ability to formulate, communicate, and inspire broader vision with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, proactive self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment as part of lean teams or in self-directed settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) or equivalent applications.
  • Italian native, fluent in English.
  • French knowledge will be a plus.
