La risorsa identificata sarà inserita nell'area Export di SBD Group nel Team Customer Support ed avrà l'incarico di sviluppare il business relativo alle attività di Customer Support & Services, in quanto Win Team Leader per i paesi assegnati, gestire le campagne di Costumer Support.
Compiti e responsabilità
- L'identificazione dei bisogni del Cliente e la generazione di opportunità coerenti con il piano strategico di Area predisposto dal Vice President e dal Head of Area corrispondente.
- Un'interfaccia operativa con la Direzione CSS.
- Agire da Win Team Leader per le campagne di vendita assegnate e coordinare il Win Team sia nella predisposizione della proposta tecnico/commerciale che nella successiva negoziazione del contratto di fornitura.
- Definire, implementare e comunicare la strategia vincente all'interno della azienda per ciascuna campagna di vendita assegnata.
- Agire per confermare/rafforzare il bisogno del Cliente in riferimento alla potenziale vendita dei prodotti MBDA.
- Saper lavorare al meglio con i canali diplomatici e le Istituzioni (nazionali e non) coinvolte nella conduzione delle attività assegnate.
- Prevedere le stime di vendita future.
Requisiti Professionali e Competenze:
- Diploma di Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche.
- Esperienza aziendale minima di 5-7 anni in ruoli tecnico/gestionali.
- Conoscenza del ciclo di vita produttivo in MBDA.
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza fluente di un'altra lingua straniera.
