Job Description

At Puig Deutschland Gmbh, we are seeking a highly skilled Niche Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy for our niche portfolio, ensuring a strong market presence and equity.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and recommend annual marketing plans, balancing consumer-centric approach and brand long-term vision.
  2. Collect and analyze data from within the organization and external sources to support decision-making.
  3. Support the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager in identifying opportunities and risks, proposing action plans to drive brand growth.
  4. Provide business intelligence and data analysis for internal and external use.
  5. Support the management of local budgets for the niche portfolio, guided by a ROI mindset.

Requirements:


  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a Brand Manager position.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • proficiency in English, with Spanish and French considered a plus.
