Job Title: Field Service Planner Administrative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Service Planner Administrative. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in planning and coordinating field service activities, ensuring seamless communication with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer-supplier relationships regarding planning activities.
  • Keep customers informed of service request status, potential issues, and upcoming preventative maintenance activities.
  • Create and schedule on-site services, taking into account customer needs, capability, and availability within the team.
  • Manage hours, prepare service orders, and report to the Service Outside Sales team.
  • Keep service records up-to-date, including Micro Projects, Small Projects, Contracts, and TRED training.
  • Collect, account for, and organize engineering reports, verify service hours, and send certifications for customer invoice control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in order administration.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IT.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Business Systems Oracle.
  • Detailed knowledge in customer order completion.
