Job Title: Sales Manager for Analytical Solutions

About the Role
As a Sales Manager for Analytical Solutions, you will lead the sales team for measure system solutions. Reporting to the Field Instruments Sales Director, you will engage with customers to plan, develop, and control sales initiatives to achieve order volume and profitability targets for agreed product lines and system solutions in the agreed sales territory. Your responsibilities will include defining budgets for analytical products, responsible for achieving sales, bookings, and gross profit targets, identifying market requirements, and developing strategies for growth. You will also lead the development of business development plans, lead and support the domestic sales team, and report regularly to the BU Sales team on market trends, competition strategies, and customer behavior. Additionally, you will sign and co-sign business contracts and transactions with customers, cooperate with operations, order management, project execution, and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customers and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have an engineering degree or comparable technical education, 3-5 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, including people management. You must also be proficient in Italian and English (verbal, reading, and writing), and have a willingness to travel in Italy and outside up to 50% of the time. A valid driving license is required. Preferred qualifications include good knowledge or experience of engineered systems solutions for analytical and flow skids, strong personality with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization, validated experience in managing, motivating, and developing teams, dedication to improvement, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
