Sales Manager for Measure System Solutions

As the Measure System Solution Sales Manager, you will lead the Measure System Solutions Sales Team, reporting to the Field Instruments Sales Director. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, planning and implementing sales initiatives to achieve targets for agreed product lines and system solutions in designated sales territories. Key performance indicators will include sales, bookings, and gross profit targets for relevant product lines.
Main Responsibilities
- Define budgets for Analytical products and systems, as well as flow metering skids.
- Lead the development, review, and communication of a consistent business development plan for designated areas of responsibility to the Emerson organization.
- Support the domestic sales team by setting clear and measurable business objectives, and identify needs for skills and talent development within the designated team.
- Report regularly to the BU Sales team on market trends, competition strategies, and customer behavior affecting Emerson business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
- 3-5 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, including people management.
- Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading, and writing).
- Willingness to travel in Italy and outside up to 50% of the time, with a valid driving license.
