Sales Growth Specialist for Natural Gas Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Northern Italy, focusing on the Gas Distribution and Transmission industries.

This role will be responsible for driving sales activities and achieving strategic targets for designated customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of the Gas Industry and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to increase orders and profitability in assigned accounts.
  • Negotiating business contracts with customers, including discount, price, and volume structures.
  • Maintaining a project opportunity list and ensuring the execution of contractual terms.
  • Reporting market trends, competition strategies, and customer behaviors to inform business decisions.
  • Focusing on promoting Emerson's Natural Gas Solutions.

The successful candidate will hold an Engineering degree or comparable technical background, with relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential, with a willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Preferred qualifications include a strong technical background in the Gas Industry, ability to work within a matrix organization, and strong communication skills.
