RINA Piraeus Team is seeking a highly skilled R&D PM Admin Assistant to join its team in Genoa, Italy. The successful candidate will support the administrative process of R&D financed projects, working closely with the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with technical and financial colleagues to analyze R&D project budgets.
- Manage planning and claim processes for resources related to R&D projects.
- Work closely with R&D teams to understand project requirements and allocate resources.
- Prepare financial plans for R&D projects, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Master's Degree in Economics.
- Belonging to special categories pursuant to Law 68/99 art. 1.
- Previous experience in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial planning and data analysis.
- Familiarity with EC funding procedures and national/regional schemes is a plus.
