Position Overview

As a vital member of the EASYVISTA team, reporting directly to the Vice President of South Europe, the Sales Leadership Executive will be tasked with achieving or surpassing sales targets while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

In adherence to established guidelines and protocols, the Branch Manager will focus on driving revenue growth with their team within the designated territory.

The Sales Leader will implement the strategies outlined by the sales department in their region and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

This role includes overseeing the management of key accounts and supervising the efforts of team members.

Success in this position requires meeting revenue goals, ensuring customer retention, and actively prospecting new business opportunities within the territory. Collaboration with national management and synergy with other company teams is essential.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong managerial, technical, and commercial acumen, with the ability to engage in both direct and indirect sales.
