Sales Partner Endoscopy Italy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Partner to join our team at Stryker Italia S.r.l. in the Endoscopy department.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow market share and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory/customers.
- Create new sales opportunities and support the organization of local events for education and referral programs.
- Make regular reporting on sales evolution and budget to the Regional Sales Manager through Business Review.
- Implement strategies at the local level in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager.
- Manage and organize training for the sales force and coordinate agents' activities when required.
- Visit customers periodically and map customer stakeholders.
- Proactively contribute to sales and growth targets for Stryker in a specific area.
- Be in charge of a transversal project in a big area (North or Center South Italy or whole Italy) for a specific task, project, event, or education.
- Participate actively in the B2S meeting.
- Provide ongoing advice and consultation to customers, helping them to avoid potential issues.
- Care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff, and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Implement marketing programs, promotions, presentations, and launching.
- Organize and conduct trainings, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries, and workshops.
- Coordinate the distribution and logistics of the product (conditionals, deposits, kits).
- Control all resources and materials of the related sales area, optimizing resources.
- Regularly report to the Regional Sales Manager on the evolution of sales and investments, relevant information from the marketplace, and adaptation to market circumstances.
- Interface between external end users/suppliers and internal staff (Customer Service, Tender & Pricing, Logistics, Inventory).
- Send weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager on pending orders of products already implanted (when applicable).
- At least 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role in the Medical Devices industry.
- Minimum 3 years of solid commercial experience working with external distributors and agencies.
- Experience working in the operating room is required.
- Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement).
- Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2).
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
- Natural networker who can communicate effectively and build up and develop relationships with multiple and different stakeholders, as well as influence them.
- Curious and with a strong need to always learn and develop yourself and others.
- Strong project management skills, believing in solutions not in problems.

- Willing to cover large territories and promote a wide portfolio.
- Territory: Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, and Valle d'Aosta.
- Base Location: Milan area (ideally). Other cities in the Lombardy region will be taken into consideration.
- Travel Percentage: 70%.
