Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Partner to join our team at Stryker Italia S.r.l. in the Endoscopy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow market share and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory/customers.
  • Create new sales opportunities and support the organization of local events for education and referral programs.
  • Make regular reporting on sales evolution and budget to the Regional Sales Manager through Business Review.
  • Implement strategies at the local level in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager.
  • Manage and organize training for the sales force and coordinate agents' activities when required.
  • Visit customers periodically and map customer stakeholders.
  • Proactively contribute to sales and growth targets for Stryker in a specific area.
  • Be in charge of a transversal project in a big area (North or Center South Italy or whole Italy) for a specific task, project, event, or education.
  • Participate actively in the B2S meeting.
  • Provide ongoing advice and consultation to customers, helping them to avoid potential issues.
  • Care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff, and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Implement marketing programs, promotions, presentations, and launching.
  • Organize and conduct trainings, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries, and workshops.
  • Coordinate the distribution and logistics of the product (conditionals, deposits, kits).
  • Control all resources and materials of the related sales area, optimizing resources.
  • Regularly report to the Regional Sales Manager on the evolution of sales and investments, relevant information from the marketplace, and adaptation to market circumstances.
  • Interface between external end users/suppliers and internal staff (Customer Service, Tender & Pricing, Logistics, Inventory).
  • Send weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager on pending orders of products already implanted (when applicable).
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role in the Medical Devices industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid commercial experience working with external distributors and agencies.
  • Experience working in the operating room is required.
  • Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement).
  • Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2).
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.

Travel and Territory
  • Territory: Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, and Valle d'Aosta.
  • Base Location: Milan area (ideally). Other cities in the Lombardy region will be taken into consideration.
  • Travel Percentage: 70%.
  • Operating Room Requirement: 70%.
