Sales Specialist for the Enterprise Mobility (EM) Division

As a Sales Specialist in the EM Division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and categorizing customers to create an effective sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Coordinating and overseeing all facets of the EM customer relationship and engagement at every level within assigned accounts.
  • Managing customer accounts to surpass established revenue targets in collaboration with management.
  • Utilizing channel planning methodologies to define and manage business strategies with assigned clients.
  • Leveraging the existing Pepperl+Fuchs sales channel to enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Developing and maintaining account planning documents for customer accounts.
  • Continuously managing and reporting on the sales pipeline.
  • Sustaining the current customer base.
  • Promoting the comprehensive range of EM Pepperl+Fuchs products and solutions to maximize sales with existing clients.
  • Formulating and executing a strategy to secure business from new capital expenditure projects within the sales territory.
  • Acquiring new business by converting competitor accounts.
  • Planning, agreeing upon, and executing sales and marketing initiatives within the designated area.
  • Conducting regular customer visits to optimize sales of the EM product portfolio.
  • Staying informed about all technical aspects related to the product range to ensure customers receive outstanding support from the company.
  • Maintaining and utilizing the CRM (Siebel) database consistently as a foundation for effective organization, planning, and communication.

Your qualifications:

You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within one or more of the following domains:

  • Sales of ATEX-related products or applications.
  • Sales of rugged mobile devices.
  • Channel partner management.
  • Management of end-user sales processes.
  • Telecommunications.
  • Application integration.

You have a proven track record in managing key account relationships. You are an exceptional communicator and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, credibility, and enthusiasm, along with excellent relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English is essential, as are strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
