About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Expert to join our team in Dalmine, BG. As a key member of our Product Management Team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our products portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform various product life cycle activities, including development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.
  2. Conduct market, product, and competitor analyses to define marketing plans and promote sales activities.
  3. Propose new product developments or enhancements to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.
  4. Support the product development process from business case preparation to product launch, collaborating with Global Product Management, Marketing, Sales teams, and other Factory functions.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Office 365 package and SAP.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Collaborative and solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
