About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist Hematology to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our Oncology Business Unit, you will play a critical role in promoting and explaining the value of our products to healthcare professionals, while also providing scientific support and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific information and support to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the hematology field.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and advancements in hematology, and apply this knowledge to support the development and implementation of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and effective communication of our products' value proposition.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials, presentations, and other resources to support the training and education of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • PhD or MD in a relevant field, such as hematology, oncology, or a related life science.
  • Proven experience in a scientific or medical affairs role, with a strong understanding of the hematology field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
