Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ASPP – Health Safety Specialist to join our team at Randstad Talent Selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Health and Safety Manager in carrying out all activities related to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development and dissemination of company procedures and the organization of training activities in the field of safety.
• Collaborate in the definition of annual health and safety objectives at the site level and participate in monitoring and supervising work areas, reporting any anomalies and non-conformities in the safety field and promoting corrective/preventive actions and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate in the preparation of risk assessments for the company, with particular attention to the mapping of specific risks present in the company areas, through the analysis of production processes.
• Propose information and training programs for workers.
• Collaborate in the realization of a calendar for HSE compliance for the site.
• Participate in internal and external inspections aimed at evaluating HSE parameters.
• Collaborate in the realization of corrective actions planned in the HSE field.
• Participate in the elaboration, management, and maintenance of a performance monitoring plan for HSE.
• Collect and process data related to HSE indicators, preparing the necessary evidence for communications to the management and interested company entities.
• Manage activities for collecting and transmitting data in the HSE field.
• Collaborate with the RSPP in the management of the safety system and the environmental system.
• Collaborate with the Competent Doctor for health surveillance in the evaluation of risks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety and Environment, Prevention Sciences, or other technical fields.
• Experience gained in production contexts.
• Excellent command of main computer tools.
• Good relational and communication skills, excellent team spirit, good organizational skills, and initiative.
