Job Title: Guest Relation Suite-Specialist

Job Summary:

The Guest Relation Specialist is a dedicated professional responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for guests staying in our Anantara suites. This role requires a high level of discretion, good manners, and a strong attention to detail to project a positive image of the Anantara brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all suites and guest areas are properly cleaned and maintained at all times, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Communicate guest requests, preferences, and information to relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel features and surroundings to provide guests with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, maintaining interaction to facilitate guest recognition and obtain specific needs, likes, and dislikes.
  • Ensure Anantara brand standards are met, as well as etiquette and procedures listed by LQA standards.
  • Create "wow moments" throughout the guest's stay to enhance their overall experience.
  • Report for duty punctually, wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
  • Maintain a high level of personal appearance and self-hygiene.
  • Ensure a full and complete shift handover and maintain high levels of communication and feedback among team members.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front of House teams.
  • Set up suites according to guest history, requests, and specific amenities.
  • Be able to work any shift assigned by Head of Department.
  • Assist and support Butler team for potential assistance with luggage and shoe treatments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or similar.
  • Italian proficient/English B2-level or above.
  • Previous hotel work experience or similar.
  • Knowledge of service skills.
  • Fine eye for detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and follow directions.
