STORE PLANNING

MISSION

The ideal candidate will play a central role in the coordination of Store Planning projects, from design to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date throughout the project's lifecycle.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate Store Planning projects, following all progress steps until shop opening, preparing project schedules with key milestones, and ensuring the project runs to schedule with local technical specialist partners.
  • Manage the Recco calendar and meetings preparations, sharing construction budgets with Financial & Administration, commercial teams.
  • Verify investment plans with Financial & Administration/Managing Directors/Commercial Teams.
  • Maintain focus on a particular geographical region, acquire in-depth knowledge of the specific market characteristics, from a technical (e.g. permit lead times, local norms) cultural, retail/wholesale point of view.
  • Monitor activities with the architectural studio, verifying that work progress is in line with the project's timing.
  • Integrate with Interior Design creative teams to adjust implementation, provide feedback for concept improvement, and work together on cost analysis and reduction costs/sqm.
  • Responsible for worldwide layout approval processes with the Architecture Director, Country Managing Directors, and Top Management.
  • Supervise the approval of security plans in advance with corporate risk departments.
  • Manage the bidding process, following Interior Design procedure guidelines and administrative tasks to prepare and send/follow up purchase order documents and contracts to suppliers, including delivery schedules of orders.
  • Verify Project Status Recap and follow up with monthly conference calls with Country Managing Directors.
  • Coordinate global special roll-out projects (e.g. lining, accessories, perfume, lighting, etc.).
  • Contribute to Interior Design & Visual Integration (process/organization and strategy) in coordination with Interior Design managers about new openings, events, fairs, special projects, etc...
  • Responsible for project coordination and technical specialist fluid sharing of info, process/organization and strategy alignment.
  • Work with legal offices for contract preparation and with administrative specialists for all administrative aspects, follow up on invoices and payments.

Responsabilità del lavoro

  • 5 years of experience within the same field, preferably within luxury Brands.
  • Degree in Engineering/Design/Architecture or similar.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in IT Applications (Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Bulgari Products / Bulgari commercial network.
  • Knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools.
  • Technical background, attention to details for engineering, prototypes, and new materials research.
  • Project management and planning techniques.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
