Job Description

This HR Advisor/Generalist role is responsible for performing various HR duties, supporting line management and employees. As a generalist, you will be knowledgeable in all HR functional areas, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR policy, recruitment, and legal compliance.

You may represent the company in all functional areas or focus on one or more areas, bringing advanced HR knowledge and experience. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery and support the team by managing employees' requests via the HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Consult with managers and employees on HR policy application and legal regulations related to human resources and health & safety.
  • Educate and guide leaders on legal developments and other aspects to ensure compliance.
  • Support business unit leadership with data analysis and reporting on organizational design, structure, compensation, and other factors.
  • Participate in new or revised policy development and HR projects.
  • Manage HR internal communications, sharing global and local initiatives, including wellbeing and DE&I.
  • Ensure salary policy adherence and complete payroll documentation on time.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Your previous experience in Human Resources is essential, as well as your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws.
  • SAP – Success Factors and Zucchetti knowledge (a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
