About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst and Controller Intern. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
