Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales professional to join our team as a Business Account Manager. This role will involve delivering net sales and gross margin within an account portfolio and achieving financial year objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales and gross margin profit targets in line with annual and strategic objectives.
- Maximise sales and margins through external negotiation and develop Joint Business Plans with key accounts.
- Track customer performance and needs, making recommendations to improve customer performance and profitability.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and liaise with Customer Services, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to maximise product availability and meet service level targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Category Development Department to accomplish company objectives.
Requirements
- Significant Account Management experience, ideally in the Drugstores channel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Graduate or equivalent in a commercial-related subject.
- Fluent Italian and English.
