As a key member of our RGI Group team, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to unlock the full potential of our innovative solutions.

Located in Milan, you will be part of a dynamic and international team of professionals who share a passion for digitalization and customer success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our development, innovation, delivery, and sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, technical expertise, and industry insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and reference materials to showcase our solutions and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Work closely with our management and clients to determine product roadmaps and milestones, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Participate in design sessions to develop new functionality and customize existing solutions, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven affinity for IT technology and eagerness to learn leading-edge business technology.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Logical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English (native English is a plus), with a good knowledge of Spanish and additional languages a plus.
