Job Title: Event and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Event and Communications Specialist to join our Italian marketing team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Brooks events partnerships and connected activation plans in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Brooks events in the Italian region, ensuring on-time and in-budget execution by taking into account all other marketing and communication areas.
  • Plan and execute Brooks events in Italy, monitoring success against objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Prepare local seasonal communication plans in accordance with EMEA communication strategy and under the guidance of the Italy Marketing Manager.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing, PR, and social media activities in accordance with the Global and EMEA marketing strategy.
  • Manage the Influencer program and find new talents, working together with the EMEA E-Commerce Team for the effective integration of digital campaigns and SEO programs.
  • Manage PR Agency in order to reach PR KPIs in accordance with Italian/EMEA Guidelines.
  • Develop and implement KPIs for social media and digital marketing in cooperation with the Italian IEMEA Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in communications and events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Ppt, Photoshop, social channels (IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok).
