Senior Sales Executive for Group Meetings and Events

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Hilton Lake Como. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, meetings, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
- Receiving and converting incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Selling hotel rooms and packages to groups and event organisers
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Supporting the complete administration and execution of all planned events
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years experience in sales or conference, meeting and events
- Strong selling skills and ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
