Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager for Middle East and Africa to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing network partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, and analyzing sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing network partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive sales growth.
  2. Identify opportunities for expanding our market presence, including recruiting new dealers and onboarding them to enhance our network's capabilities.
  3. Analyze sales performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies and dealer performance.
  4. Collaborate with dealers to set and achieve sales targets, leveraging their expertise to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  5. Lead and manage sales across the Middle East and North African region, setting ambitious targets and motivating dealers to achieve outstanding results.
  6. Provide training and support to dealers on Baoli's products, features, and specifications, empowering them to effectively communicate value to their customers.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools that enhance dealers' efforts in driving sales growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the material handling industry.
  • Degree in a technical or commercial field or equivalent experience related to the industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding sales networks, with a strong understanding of the Middle East and North African markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and languages.
  • Full proficiency in English and French is essential; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.
