Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Italy. As an Account Manager Public Sales Centre, you will be responsible for driving commercial success on assigned accounts, developing strategies to boost sales, and maintaining effective internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive Sysmex business growth
- Lead all pre-sales and customer engagement activities in assigned territories
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives and key commercial metrics
- Analyze market trends and changes in purchasing behavior to improve forecast accuracy
- Maintain accurate forecasting, regular sales updates, and ROI of assigned budget
- Create account plans to drive commercial success and long-term engagement with key stakeholders
- Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in IVD industry sales and marketing functions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Negotiation and tender management skills
- Problem-solving skills
