About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist for Milano and province to join our Italian DBS Sales team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for executing tactical sales plans and activities in line with our overall sales plans and strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets, and promotional activities.

* Identify and develop new business with potential to use our products and services.

* Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationships.

* Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.

* Gather market data and provide input on competitors' activities.

* Register and nurture opportunities in our global CRM tool according to company guidelines.

* Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

Requirements:

* Secondary high school, preferably in Mechanical/Technical field, with at least 2 years of experience of proven track record in sales.

* Preferably has exposure to the Pump Industry/wholesaler plumbing market.

* Good presentation and influencing/negotiation skills.

* Good interpersonal ability and networking skills.

* Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

* Must have the ability to listen and demonstrate good command of Italian and English languages, both spoken and written.

* Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the company and in the sales field.
