About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for executing tactical sales plans and activities in line with our overall sales strategy. This includes developing a designated customer base, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and implementing value-added services to enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a strong project pipeline and gather market data to provide input on competitors' activities.
• Register and nurture opportunities in our global CRM tool according to company guidelines.
• Ensure customer master data is updated on the portfolio of customers under your responsibility.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a proven track record in sales. You should have a secondary high school degree, preferably in a mechanical or technical field, and at least 2 years of experience in sales. It would be beneficial to have exposure to the pump industry or wholesaler plumbing market.

• A competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (estimated)

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal ability and networking skills
• Good command of Italian and English languages, both spoken and written
