About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Oracle business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and vendors, managing quotes and orders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER AND VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH PROACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND SPECIALIST PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.
  • GENERATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY PLANNING OUTBOUND CALLS TO CUSTOMERS AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES TO INVOLVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN THE COMPANY.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
  • PROACTIVELY DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS.
  • ENGAGE IN ACTIVE INSIDE SELLING BY GATHERING RELEVANT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND DEVELOPS SHORT, MEDIUM, AND LONG-TERM ACTIVITIES TO DRIVE APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS.
  • MANAGE CUSTOMER BACKORDER ALONG SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE AND ENGAGES IN 'INTELLIGENT PROJECT FISHING'.
  • In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre-sales for technical requirements.
  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions Drives sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required.
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a deep understanding of the Oracle product set.
  • at least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • fluency in English and Italian.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
