We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Outside Sales team in Italy. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's growth strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Participate in business development activities, including trade shows and events, to increase brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in sales and business development.
- Practical knowledge of Carrier Global Corporation's organization, programs, and systems.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or an advanced degree in a related field.
