About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our inside sales team. As an Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales professionals, setting goals and objectives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- University degree in a related field.
