**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in northern Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business in this key region.

**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary based on your skills and experience, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications. You will also receive a permanent employment contract, fair benefits, and professional development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your primary duties will include:
- Executing Dunlop Service Italy's commercial policy in the assigned area of operation
- Setting business objectives based on market trends, product offerings, and company goals
- Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, maximizing benefits through sales visits and negotiations
- Analyzing and developing the market in northern and central Italy
- Monitoring competition activities and pricing strategies in the assigned territory
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in the industrial sector, preferably in conveyor belts or industrial supplies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Very good command of English (B2 - upper intermediate)
