About the Role


We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Northern Italy. As our new sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling service contracts to assigned accounts.



Job Description


As a key member of our Service Support solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining and developing existing contracts to reach financial targets
  • Generating new business opportunities through tailored solutions and consultative sales expertise
  • Collaborating with local Field Service organization, Instrument Sales Teams, and other Service Sales team members to achieve common goals
  • Managing installed base inventory, service levels, and contract set-up to consistently monitor contract performance
  • Tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements and driving account plans for growth


Key Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A university degree in a Life Science field (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharma...)
  • Ideal sales/inside sales experience selling scientific solutions (products or services)
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
  • Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
  • Full proficiency in Italian and good level of English
  • A valid driving license

Estimated Salary Range


The estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
