About the Role

This is an entry-level inside sales professional role with sales performance goals. You will complete inside sales support and ensure the discipline's functions are completed effectively. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes, responding to customer concerns and problems to enable/enure customer satisfaction, and performing all activities and processes related to contractual exchange of products and services with customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Responds to customer concerns and problems to enable/enure customer satisfaction.
  • Performs all activities and processes related to contractual exchange of products and services with customer organizations.
  • Sells products and services typically via phone or online orders (with quotas and/or productivity needs).
  • Assists with the proposal generation process and manages agreement renewals and product upgrades for assigned accounts.
  • Generates leads through placing phone calls to lists of potential customers and handles 3rd party component sales.

Requirements:

We are looking for people who as a minimum you must have:

  • Theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree.
  • Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization.
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2/3 years prior relevant experience in back office.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
