About the Role
Agilent inspires and supports discoveries that advance the quality of life. As our new Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the success of our Services Support solutions (Agilent CrossLab) in the Italian market. This portfolio of solutions includes repair maintenance contracts (hardware), learning services, laboratory relocations, asset management, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
• Provide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users
• Identify and generate business opportunities for growth using a creative approach
• Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date
• Collaborate with field service instrument sales teams to drive the sales cycle
About You
We are looking for a motivated individual with a university degree in a life science or business-related field. Commercial experience selling scientific solutions is essential, as is full proficiency in Italian and English. You should be proactive, outgoing, and customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be flexible, adaptable, and have strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
