About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Net Revenue Manager to join our Italian team and drive stronger financial results by developing a cohesive commercial strategy for the Italian market.

As a key member of our commercial organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that influence key areas of revenue growth across price, promotion, PPA, mix, and trade spend efficiency.

You will be responsible for creating and aligning SKU-level pricing proposals, developing harmonization plans, and translating cluster trade architecture frameworks into market investment choices.

Additionally, you will partner with sales, customer marketing, finance, and sales operations teams to ensure transparency of trade spend by account and program.

Key qualifications for this role include proven experience in RGM and NRM, a strong commercial understanding, and excellent communication and presenting skills.

We are looking for a collaborative and assertive individual who can drive change management across sales, marketing, and finance communities to embed revenue management strategies into business-as-usual activity.
