We are looking for 2 PMO specialists in Milan for one of our clients in the retail sector.

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific disciplines (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the required role;
  • Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers;
  • Team management and support;
  • Knowledge of PROGGIO software for inserting new requests, controlling project advancement, and closing completed projects is a plus;
  • Management of IT team time-tracking software;
  • Ability to create reports on projects and suppliers;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Milan.
