Your Role
As our new environmental consultant based in the Ramboll Milan office, you will join a successful team comprised of geologists, engineers, geotechnical specialists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, and more, collaborating within an international network on diverse projects primarily focused on contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessments, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability. You will play a vital role in promoting a sustainable future within a supportive and empowering culture.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Designing site investigations and remediation strategies Assisting in field data collection from both geotechnical and environmental perspectives Analyzing and interpreting data Supporting geotechnical design efforts Drafting comprehensive technical reports Preparing proposals and reports in either Italian or English

About You

These include:

A B.Sc. or M.Sc. (3/5 years) degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering, or a related field Relevant experience in site assessment and remediation, as well as geotechnical characterization Proficiency in ArcGIS (or similar software) is preferred Experience in fieldwork and data analysis Ability to develop a site conceptual model Competence in producing clear and concise written documents in Italian (native language) Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English Willingness to undertake regular business trips
