Your Role:

As an Investment Advisory Services Specialist, you will engage within ING's agile framework, taking charge of the comprehensive management, development, and promotion of the investment advisory services implemented by ING Italy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in intricate projects, including cross-border initiatives, focused on the enhancement of investment advisory services, collaborating with various stakeholders and departments;
  • Articulate business requirements and devise functional solutions aimed at optimizing digital processes that enhance the customer journey;
  • Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of business initiatives;
  • Generate periodic monitoring reports related to investments, catering to both business and regulatory needs;
  • Collaborate with the investment advisory team to address ongoing activities and potential issues that may arise;
  • Assist sales channels by providing training sessions to elevate the investment advisory services and product distribution;
  • Assess the business performance of the product/service across distribution channels and initiate early warning signals in case of adverse trends;
  • Stay informed about the evolution of the investment advisory landscape concerning distribution models, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure a competitive and compliant offering.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Experience in managing and executing projects related to investment advisory services and products (e.g., mutual funds, insurance-based investment products);
  • Familiarity with discretionary portfolio management and/or private markets/alternative funds is advantageous;

Experience and Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles (3+ years);
  • Strong understanding of investment advisory models, including the current regulatory environment;
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and competitive landscape;
  • Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects;
  • Team-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Customer-focused approach;
  • Ability to create clear presentations and documentation;
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural inclination for training others;
