Job Summary:

The Project Post Order Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring all Post Order activities (expediting, inspection, and logistics) for assigned projects, ensuring the achievement of defined results in terms of schedule, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Post Order-related activities (expediting, inspection, and logistics) for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs, and quality.
  • Plan and monitor post-order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager.
  • Provide expertise in contractual requirements and participate in final negotiations with suppliers for discussion/clarifications on the ITP standard and Vendor Document List.
  • Act as the main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of supplies and with the Logistic Department for material shipment at Site.
  • Submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of expediting and inspection reports issued for supplies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of work experience gained in engineering companies in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to travel for short and long periods.
