La nostra azienda, E-Work SpA, è alla ricerca di un Customer Service Representative per la nostra sede di Milano (Rho Fiera).

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione delle spedizioni, della documentazione necessaria e delle richieste del cliente. Sarà inoltre coinvolto nel contatto con la clientela e nel processo di vendita dell'intero servizio.

Le principali responsabilità del ruolo includono:

• Gestire l'attività di spedizione e predisporre la documentazione necessaria;
• Coadiuva il Responsabile nel contatto con la clientela e nel processo di vendita dell'intero servizio;
• Segnalare ai diretti responsabili impressioni di soddisfazione o insoddisfazione del cliente;
• Offrire assistenza ai clienti per la corretta predisposizione dei documenti necessari alla spedizione e per la prenotazione dei servizi movimentazione in fiera;
• Gestire operativamente le spedizioni sia in import che export;
• Predisporre tutta la documentazione collegata al trasporto ed alla logistica in fiera;
• Procedere all'assicurazione della merce ove necessario;
• Monitorare lo stato avanzamento servizi comunicando possibili scostamenti rispetto alla pianificazione ai clienti;
• Emettere e trasmettere la fattura attiva;
• Gestire a sistema la spunta delle fatture passive dei fornitori;
• Supportare amministrazione nella gestione incassi;
• Gestire con i clienti e fornitori eventuali pratiche di danno;
• Gestisce i servizi logistici in fiera.

Requisiti:

• Diploma o Laurea;
• Gradita esperienza maturata nel ruolo verrà considerato un plus;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta (almeno B2);
• Disponibilità di lavorare nei giorni festivi (sabato e domenica).

La nostra azienda offre un tempo determinato iniziale con la possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato. Inoltre, offriamo un CCNL Trasporti e logistica (14 mensilità) + Fondo FASC + buoni pasto da € 8.00 + Assicurazione sanitaria con Sanilog.
