About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts across Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

As a leader, you will build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will also partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create a seamless recruitment process that attracts top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that drives business results
  • Leading and managing a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals
  • Partnering with hiring managers to create a streamlined recruitment process
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
  • Monitoring and reporting on key talent acquisition metrics to inform business decisions
