Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Center/South of Italy. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts in the Center/South of Italy, focusing on maintaining long-term relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and ensure our products are correctly positioned for profitability.
- Identify and seize market opportunities through strategic actions, working closely with internal teams to drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in food and/or packaging sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.
- Business acumen and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Based in the Center/South of Italy, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
