Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts in the Center/South Area of Italy, focusing on maintaining long-term relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, ensure our products are correctly positioned for profitability, and seize market opportunities through strategic actions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in food and/or packaging sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Business acumen and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work well in a team.
- Based in the Center/South of Italy.
