We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Center/South of Italy. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the food packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in the Center/South Area of Italy, focusing on maintaining long-term relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, ensure our products are correctly positioned for profitability, and seize market opportunities through strategic actions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and/or packaging sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Based in the Center/South of Italy.
